Welcome to AIGS · AI 智能体平台 ("the Platform", https://aigs.cc). By registering an account or using any product or service of the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Scope
- The Platform provides self-developed software products such as AIGS Agent, companion web tools and technical documentation, as well as custom development and system integration services.
- The Platform is not a model developer. Model outputs involved in the products are generated automatically by underlying LLMs without human editing.
- Features, fees and delivery of products and services are subject to the official pages or the contract between the parties.
2. Accounts & Security
- You must register with a valid email address and are responsible for safeguarding your account and credentials (such as API keys).
- All operations made with your account or credentials are deemed your own actions.
- Report suspected compromise immediately; losses caused by poor safekeeping are borne by you.
3. Fees & Payment
- Fees for products or services are as displayed at checkout or as agreed in the contract.
- Delivered software licenses are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once activated without cause; refunds for account balance and subscription plans follow the Refund & After-sales Policy; product-quality issues will be handled via support.
- Enterprise fees, invoicing and settlement follow the contract between the parties.
4. Acceptable Use
- You must not use the Platform's products to generate or distribute content that violates applicable laws, including content endangering national security, obscenity, violence, or infringing others' lawful rights (reputation, portrait, privacy, IP).
- You must not attack or scrape the Platform, or bypass service restrictions; reselling the services for profit without written permission is prohibited.
- For violations, the Platform may take restrictive measures up to termination of service, and reserves the right to claim damages.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
- You acknowledge that AI models may produce incorrect or fabricated content. Outputs are for reference only; you are responsible for decisions made based on them.
- Do not use outputs directly for professional scenarios such as medical diagnosis, legal advice or investment decisions without review by qualified professionals.
6. Changes & Availability
- Features may be adjusted or suspended due to upstream changes, force majeure or maintenance. The Platform will notify where practicable.
- The Platform keeps improving availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Effectiveness & Amendments
- These Terms take effect upon your registration or use of the products. Amended versions will be published on this page; continued use constitutes acceptance.
- Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, by litigation in a competent court where the operating entity is located.
