Welcome to AIGS · 一站式 AI 服务平台 ("the Platform", https://aigs.cc). By registering an account or using any service of the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Scope

  • The Platform provides LLM API gateway and web-based AI productivity tools: unified OpenAI-compatible access to models from licensed upstream providers.
  • The Platform is not a model developer. Model outputs are generated automatically by underlying LLMs without human editing.
  • Services are billed per actual usage or via subscription plans. Prices shown live in the console apply.

2. Accounts & Security

  • You must register with a valid email address and are responsible for safeguarding your account and API keys.
  • All requests made with your account or API key are deemed your own actions.
  • Report suspected compromise immediately; losses caused by poor safekeeping are borne by you.

3. Billing & Refunds

  • API credits are deducted per request based on token usage and never expire.
  • Membership plans are valid for the purchased period as described on the purchase page.
  • Virtual goods such as credit packs and memberships are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once activated; service-quality issues will be handled via support.
  • Unused API credit balances may be refunded upon mutual agreement — contact support.

4. Acceptable Use

  • You must not use the Platform to generate or distribute content that violates applicable laws, including content endangering national security, obscenity, violence, or infringing others' lawful rights (reputation, portrait, privacy, IP).
  • You must not attack, scrape, reverse-engineer, bypass quotas, resell API keys, or resell the service at scale without written permission.
  • For violations, the Platform may throttle or suspend accounts without refunding consumed fees, and reserves the right to claim damages.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

  • You acknowledge that AI models may produce incorrect or fabricated content. Outputs are for reference only; you are responsible for decisions made based on them.
  • Do not use outputs directly for professional scenarios such as medical diagnosis, legal advice or investment decisions without review by qualified professionals.

6. Changes & Availability

  • Models or features may be adjusted or suspended due to upstream provider changes, force majeure or maintenance. The Platform will notify where practicable.
  • Multi-channel failover improves availability but does not constitute a guarantee of uninterrupted service.

7. Effectiveness & Amendments

  • These Terms take effect upon your registration or use of the service. Amended versions will be published on this page; continued use constitutes acceptance.
  • Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, by litigation in a competent court where the operating entity is located.
