AIGS · 一站式 AI 服务平台 ("the Platform", https://aigs.cc) takes your privacy seriously. This policy describes what information the Platform collects, how it is used and protected, and the rights you have. By using the service you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: the email, nickname, avatar, region and other details you choose to provide.
- Third-party sign-in information: when you sign in with GitHub / Google / Linux Do / V2EX, the Platform receives the user identifier, username and email returned by that provider to create or link your account.
- API usage records: to enable billing and abuse prevention, the Platform records the model name, token counts, latency, status and IP-derived country code (country level only) of each call.
- Transaction records: top-ups, subscriptions, invoicing and the elements necessary to process payments.
- Sign-in security data: sessions, trusted-device IP list and verification-code logs used for anomaly detection.
2. How We Use Information
- Service delivery & billing: account management, usage-based billing, plan entitlements, orders and invoices.
- Security: anomaly detection, rate limiting and audit trails.
- Service improvement: aggregated (non-personal) usage and availability analytics.
- We do not build advertising profiles with your data, never sell your personal information, and do not store the plaintext content of your model conversations.
3. Third-Party Sign-In Details
- For Google sign-in, the Platform requests only basic scopes (openid, email, profile) and uses just your email and basic profile for sign-in. We never read your mail, drive, contacts or other Google data, and never post anything to Google as you.
- Other providers follow the same principle: only the identifier, username and email necessary for account creation and sign-in.
- You may unlink any third-party account at any time in Console → Settings → Linked accounts; that provider will no longer be able to sign in (keep another sign-in method before unlinking).
4. Cookies & Local Storage
- Only essential cookies are used: the sign-in session (aigs_session, HttpOnly) and the interface language preference (NEXT_LOCALE).
- No third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
5. Sharing & Processors
- Model inference: your requests are forwarded over encrypted channels to licensed upstream model providers; only billing-level call summaries are retained.
- Payment processors (such as Alipay) handle your payment information as necessary to complete transactions.
- Beyond the above and legal requirements, the Platform does not disclose your personal information to any third party; disclosures required by law follow due process.
6. Storage & Security
- All traffic is HTTPS-encrypted; API keys and third-party app secrets are stored encrypted.
- Access controls and audit mechanisms restrict data access to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
- While reasonable safeguards are in place, no transmission or storage can be guaranteed absolutely secure; incidents will be handled promptly and disclosed to you when required.
7. Retention & Your Rights
- Account and transaction records are retained as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.
- You may access and correct your profile, export usage and transaction records, and request account deletion (Console → Security or via support ticket).
- After deletion, personal information is removed or anonymized beyond what the law requires us to keep.
8. Minors
- The Platform is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from minors; any such data found will be proactively deleted.
9. Changes to This Policy
- This policy may be updated with service or legal changes and republished on this page; material changes will be announced on-site.
